Other Birthday Ages Balloon Delivery

All birthdays are special. Some birthdays are more special than others though. Some ages just stand out. Everyone has a favourite age. You don’t remember your first birthday but you should remember your sixteenth (sex), eighteenth (adult) and twenty-first (get a job) birthdays. Although if you celebrate them properly you shouldn’t be remembering anything from a week either side. Fortieth birthdays are scary. Life begins at forty apparently but although my maths isn’t brilliant I think it’s about half way. Sixtieth birthdays are pretty good because you get to retire. We don’t have a balloon to celebrate one hundredth birthdays because you get a letter from the Queen instead. More people are getting to that age though so the Queen is going to be working pretty hard writing ‘well done you are 100’ letters. Until she is 100, then she will have to write one to herself.
